Brandon Trevellyan

PRESIDENT/FOUNDER

Brandon Trevellyan is a single tenant and multi-tenant retail specialist. He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of retail investment properties throughout Southern California and the rest of the United States. With 18+ years of experience, he has been involved in over $300,000,000 worth of real estate transaction and has closed Retail Investment properties in 18 different states. In addition to his brokerage experience, Brandon has been involved in the management and repositioning of various assets though out Southern California, AZ and NM. Having managed a multi-million dollar family real estate portfolio for over 10 years, he is involved in the day to day decision making. The principal perspective is what separates him from the rest of the investment brokerage and provides a skill set to his clients not often found throughout the brokerage community. His vast experience gives him the ability to understand complex issues that often come up in transactions and reasonable solutions. Brandon Trevellyan is a member of ICSC.

Geoff Hannan

Vice President/Co-Founder

Geoff has over 20 years of experience and has closed over $500,000,000 in volume throughout his career in Commercial Real Estate.

Geoff’s success is founded on his knowledge of the retail marketplace, handling the transactional process from beginning to end, and his determination for achieving the objectives he and his clients set together. “I believe in developing a plan with my client to achieve their real estate objectives with accountability measures for myself as part of the overall plan.”

Geoff began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 working with a National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap.

Geoff’s was awarded Top Sales person honor in 2004, 2005, and 2009. In 2013, Geoff became the first ever member of the “Cowboy Club” achievement award. This award is only given to top producing member and years of dedication client service and performance.
Geoff received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Delaware where he was an All–Conference Guard for the Fighting Blue Hen football team. He currently resides in Pacific Beach, CA and on weekends enjoys surfing, skiing and playing golf.
